At this time, returns and exchanges are not supported by our partner, Printify, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact shop@mindbloom.com within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. We can then work to process your refund or order you a new item.
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. You will get a shipping confirmation via email and tracking information as soon as it’s available.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
